Installing an extra VentSaver mounting bracket will help guard against screw pull-out on applications where the proper thickness of required substrates is not available. The VentSaver should always be attached through the roof sheet and into a substrate below the roofing panel. Never attach the VentSaver mounting bracket just to the metal roof sheet itself.
